Le gr0upe Punk est c0mp0sé du chanteur Benjamin K0walewicz, Le guitariste Ian D'Sa, Le bassiste J0n Gallant et le batteur Aar0n S0l0w0niuk se s0nt renc0ntrés à un c0nc0urs et 0nt créé Pezz. Ils répétaient al0rs ds le s0us-s0l des parents de Ian. Cela duré au m0ins 5 ans. L0rqu0n a 0ffert un contrat a Ian à M0ntreal c0mme animateur, il a déménager à montréal et revenait une fin de semaine sur 2 p0ur écrire et répéter. Apres un ans a m0ntréal, il a quitté son empl0i et est revenu a T0r0nt0. Ils 0nt eu des plaintes a cause de leur n0m " Pezz" puisque ca l'existait déjà. Pezz aura t0ut de meme relaché un album intitulé " wat00sh! Les critiques n'étaient pas b0nne du t0ut... 0n disait que Ben avait la plus h0rrible v0ix de T0r0nt0! Ils 0nt al0rs changé de n0m p0ur Billy Talent en 2001. Le gr0upe tire s0n n0m d'un pers0nnage du film canadien ayant p0ur titre HARD CORE LOGO: La derniere Chance. Ils 0nt lancé un album simple intitulé Try H0nesty. Ils 0nt al0rs lancé leur premier vrai album en 2003. Grâce à la chanson Try Honesty, Le disque s'est éc0ulé à 300 000 exemplaires au Canada seulement! Ils f0rment s'en d0ute, Le meilleur GROUPE PUNK sur cette planete!






Here's the Story of the canadians ( Ben Kowalewicz, Ian D'Sa, Jon Gallant and Aaron Solowoniuk). Billy Talent goes back to the highschool-time of the band, when the four members, which play at this time in different bands, meet each other at a band contest. They like each other immediately and the same day they decide to make music together. They call their band Pezz and after a short time they already play a few gigs. In 1998 they release their first Album "Watoosh!" and sell the 2000 copies in a short period of time. Nevertheless, it is not what one would call a musical masterpiece and can't be compared with the style of Billy Talent. The four guys notice, that they make music, they don't really want to make. They created Billy Talent in 2001, named after a character in the punkrock-movie "Hard Core Logo" and begin to find their own style. Instead of copying other bands, they try to be unique - with success...

Ian D'Sa is the guitarist for the punk/rock band Billy Talent.
Of Indian descent but born October 30, 1976 in England, D'Sa lived in Ontario since he was a youth where he started a band Soluble Fish but later joined up with "Pezz" (later to become "Billy Talent"). While in Billy Talent, Ian went to Sheridan College where he got his degree in computer animation and even worked on Angela Anaconda as an animator. He also co-produced Billy Talent II with Gavin Brown.


Ian D'Sa est le guitariste the Billy Talent. Il a des gènes indiens comme on pourrait dire! Il est né le 30 Octobre 1976 in England. Il vivait en Ontario est il a créé le groupe "Solube Fish" mais il a ensuite rejoint "Pezz"(qui deviendra plus tard Billy Talent"). Pendant ce temps, Ian étudia au college Shéridan. Il est co-producteur de Billy Taent II avec Gavin Brown.
